ALIFE™ - This powerful tool, created by Neil Stroul, can help you lead with vision and live on purpose. Use ALIFE™ as a framework for the coaching process, to review where you have traveled, as a mid-course check-in, as a closing assessment of the coaching engagement. View this tool.

The Thinking Path© - The Thinking Path, developed by Alexander Caillet, helps us understand that to change results we must change our thinking. This model is based on the premise that Thought is at the base of our moment-to-moment reality and that Thought leads to Feelings, Behaviors and ultimately Results. The Thinking Path can be used with individuals and with teams/groups. View this tool.

ON NEW COMMITMENTS: A PRACTICE -  Do you find yourself overcommitted and overwhelmed by what is on your plate? Do you consistently underestimate the time it will take to accomplish a given task and as a result, you have difficulty meeting your commitments? Life in Flight - This simple model, created by Lloyd Raines, provides a powerful way to see where you stand in relation to making positive change in your life. Imagine yourself in the center circle labeled NOW. To actually pull forward from NOW, you need both Motivation and Inspiration AND you need to minimize Limitation and Trepidation.
