Katherine Ebner

Katherine Ebner brings fifteen years of experience leading divisions and teams in educational and professional services organizations. She knows how to coach clients from ideas to action, from action to results.  As Senior Vice President of Organizational Effectiveness at an international strategy consulting firm, Kaiser Associates, Katherine established a professional development program for employees worldwide, including a transformational performance-focused coaching program for top executives. She co-led a major change initiative at Middlebury College in Vermont.  Katherine specializes in working with senior-level leaders in business and education - leaders who face significant leadership, professional, and personal challenges.  She taps into a variety of resources, perspectives, and methods to create a unique coaching experience for each of her clients as best suits the client's personality, goals and needs. She is committed to helping her clients "make the vision real."    In addition to coaching leaders, Katherine is a writer, wife, and mother of two children.  She earned her coaching certification from Georgetown University, an ICF-certified program.


Paige Eldridge, J.D.

Paige Eldridge is a leadership coach who is the founder and principal of Inside Edge Leadership, LLC. Paige brings to her coaching almost fifteen years of experience as a lawyer in major international law firms and public companies where she counseled clients in the areas of software and internet licensing and commercial real estate law. Paige discovered her natural curiosity of people while providing legal advice to CEO's, CFO's and other executives. Her experience in the legal field gave her an appreciation of the differences in how people perform tasks, how they think, how they react to pressure, and how they receive information, among other things.

One of Paige's strengths as a lawyer was her ability to connect with her clients and her peers. She draws on these strengths while coaching clients in many areas including career transition, leadership presence, and relationship building. Paige believes in the transformational power of living life in a place of possibility and passion.

Paige received her Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Virginia and earned a Juris Doctor from the College of William and Mary's Marshall-Wythe School of Law where she served on the law review. She lives with her family in Arlington, Virginia.

Arleen LaBella, Ed.D,PCC

Arleen LaBella has more than 25 years of experience as an OD consultant, executive coach, trainer and author.  Her specialty is the design and implementation of strategies to maximize the effectiveness of individuals, teams, and organizations.  She has a proven track record of helping her clients optimize leadership skills, improve working relationships, create exciting new futures, and move beyond obstacles to reach desired outcomes. Arleen's coaching approach rests on the belief that the payoffs to coaching are transferable learning and action. Therefore she focuses on connecting leadership development with results that impact the individual, clients, teams and business strategies.  She received her doctorate in Applied Behavioral Sciences from the University of Massachusetts.  Arleen is certified in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, the Drexler Sibbett Team Performance Inventory, and Leadership Assessment 360° Survey.  She is a graduate of the Georgetown University Leadership Coaching Certificate Program and the Organization Development Certificate Program. Arleen has received the designation of Professional Certified Coach from the International Coaching Federation.

Barbara Quist

Barbara Quist is a coach and an organization development consultant with more than fifteen years of experience in the field of management training and development. Barbara is skilled at facilitating improved working relationships and organizational productivity through the design and delivery of a wide variety of innovative and participative programs.  She conducts workshops on team building, communications, presentation skills, decision making, and other management skills.  Barbara holds a coaching certificate from Georgetown University. She provides Leadership Coaching to her clients using 20/20 Insight and other feedback mechanisms.  She also holds a certificate in Organization Development from Georgetown and a Masters in Human Resources Development from Marymount University.

Dave Snapp

Dave Snapp helps mission-driven individuals and organizations build leadership capacity and effectiveness through coaching and leadership and team development. He brings thirty years experience working in and with labor unions, community organizations, and non-profits in health care and education. Dave's special passion is helping hard-driving leaders and organizations develop strategies, structures and ways of working that both increase their effectiveness and sustain them for the long haul. Dave has a Master's in Public Health and has completed certificate programs at Georgetown University in Organization Development, Change Leadership and Leadership Coaching.

Brad Sterl,  SPHR, ACC

Brad Sterl provides training and organization development solutions to the management of change.  With 25 years of experience in Human Resources, he has worked in corporations serving the commercial and government contracting markets and non-profit organizations.  He has international experience in Europe, Asia, Australia and Bosnia.  Brad's experience includes: designing and conducting teambuilding sessions, executive coaching, co-directing a major organizational change process, designing and rolling-out of a competency based performance management system, third party conflict negotiation, designing and facilitating courses in Diversity, Creating a Respectful Workplace and Sexual Harassment Prevention, and meeting and focus group facilitation. Brad has performed human resources due diligence for merger and acquisition targets and integration planning.  Brad holds an MBA from Temple University, and a BA in Human Behavior and the Organization. He is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources and an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation. He holds a certificate in Organizational Development from NTL Institute, and the Georgetown Leadership Coaching Program.

Kari F. Uman, M.Ed.

Kari Uman, President of Uman Resource Associates, Inc., has more than twenty-five years experience as a coach, consultant, and trainer. Her particular experience and interest in gender issues, and their impact on relationships and performance, enables her to help individuals change behaviors that are sabotaging their best efforts. As a professionally certified coach, she helps women executives become aware of self-limiting behaviors and attitudes, create a more positive self-image, explore the myths and beliefs that are undermining their effectiveness and develop both behaviors and strategies that enhance their success. As a trainer, Ms. Uman provides workshops in preventing sexual harassment, teambuilding, men and women working together and leadership/management development. Kari holds a B.A. in Sociology from the University of Wisconsin in Madison, a Masters in Adult Education from the University of Maine, and Certificates in Organization Development and Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University.

Sandra Wood, M.S.

Sandra Wood is an accomplished organization development consultant and trainer.  She has over fifteen years experience providing management consulting, group facilitation, coaching and training services to private and public-sector clients. Sandra provides organization assessments, consultation and training in the areas of strategic planning, performance management, business process quality improvement, building teamwork, and working with multi-cultural issues. She conducts diversity assessments and provides consulting to develop strategic diversity plans. Her focus is on promoting collaboration and empowerment in the work place. Sandra coaches individuals and teams to inspire them to believe in their vision, sharpen their focus and make shifts to achieve extraordinary business results. Those who have worked with her acknowledge her insight and skill and report being able to work together more effectively in achieving their personal and organizational goals. Sandra holds an M.S. in Human Resource Development from the American University/NTL Institute.  She also holds certificates in Total Quality Management from George Washington University and Future Search from Marvin Weisbord Associates.
